There are two types of education offered as part of the NAHB National Green Building Program: Green Building Industry education and events, and Verifier Training.
Green Building Industry Education
As green building moves into the mainstream, education is the key to furthering that process. The National Green Building Program offers several outlets for education and continued learning for builders and building professionals at all levels. Verifier Training
As part of becoming an accredited verifier, all eligible prospective verifiers must participate in training administered by the NAHB Research Center – either in person, via webcast, or via self-guided online materials – and pass a verifier accreditation test.
